Workshops will take place on Thursday 11th July. Delegates can attend two workshops from the following:

Get creative with artist, designer and bookbinder Guy Begbie

Inge Aben, a professional coach, will run a session on influencing and negotiation skills.

Jo Alcock, a a researcher at Evidence Base, providing research, evaluation and consultancy for library and information services, will look at considering your online presence. Her session will be interactive in nature and consider elements of marketing, knowing our strengths, thinking about our personal brand, and using social media effectively. Participants will come away with an idea of the messages they aim to convey about themselves and ways to tailor their use of social media to support that.

Jenny Godfrey, Information Adviser and Visual Resources at Cardiff Metropolitan University and Althea Greenan from the Women's Art Library at Goldsmiths College, will run a workshop on the topic of  'the slide library: dodo, lame duck or phoenix?'

James Shulman, President of ArtSTOR, will be running a workshop on the theme 'The shared management of image content: open works registries and content sharing networks'.
